To email us, please choose one of the following options. A pre-addressed email will be displayed for you to complete. You will receive a response to your email within 24 hours. If you email us on a Friday, or over the weekend, you will receive a response by the following Tuesday.
Due to our desire to protect your personal medical history, we do not list physician email addresses on our site. Regular unencrypted email is readable as it passes through various computers between you and your doctor, and therefore is not appropriate as a means of communicating confidential information. You should address all medical questions by contacting your physician's office.
