Sutter offers women throughout the greater Sacramento Sierra region primary and advanced care for a spectrum of ages and medical conditions. Each year, thousands of women pass through our doors. We deliver more babies than any other hospital group in the region. And we offer advanced services for highly specialized conditions in an atmosphere of warmth and compassion.

Services are currently provided through our facilities at Sutter Memorial Hospital, with some services available at Sutter General Hospital, and through our regional hospitals: Sutter Auburn Faith, Sutter Davis Hospital and Sutter Roseville Medical Center. Psychiatric services for women and children are available at Sutter Center for Psychiatry. Our not-for-profit health care system offers a variety of birthing options for area families, including high-risk pregnancy care. Additionally, we offer prevention and treatment for heart diseases, cancer, and gynecological specialty care.

Looking to the Future
At Sutter, our commitment to women is bringing about exciting changes. Our new Women's and Children's Hospital will be located in area surrounding Sutter General Hospital in downtown Sacramento. When the 197-bed hospital opens in late 2010, it will allow us to offer even more services and greater convenience to our patients.
