Sutter Sleep Disorders Centers is part of Sutter Neuroscience Institute, a regional center providing diagnosis and treatment for the full range of conditions of the brain, central nervous system and spine. The institute operates under the direction of the Sutter Health Sacramento Sierra Region Board of Trustees.

The Sutter Sleep Disorders Centers started as a hospital-based program that was first accredited in 1986 by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) and by the Joint Commission of Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). Our outpatient facilities have been reaccredited on two occasions, passing with flying colors.
