My Health Online

My Health Online is a confidential and secure tool which allows you to access your medical records, view test results, message your doctor's office, request Rx renewals, receive appointment reminders, and more.

Arrival time

All new patients should arrive 15 minutes prior to their first appointment to complete necessary paperwork.

What to bring for your first appointment

• Insurance card
• Photo ID
• List of current medication
• List of questions or concerns

Late arrivals and cancelations

Please arrive on time for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

As a courtesy to other patients, please provide 24-hour notice for canceling appointments.

Transferring medical records

To transfer your medical records to Sutter Health, you will need to contact your former health care provider. They will have you complete a release form giving them permission to transfer your records to your new Sutter doctor.

After-hours health line

No matter what day or time you call, if you need to speak to an advice nurse or send a message to your physician, call your physician's office and you’ll be connected to a health care provider.
