There are numerous types of massage and bodywork; various techniques utilize different strokes, movement re-education, application of pressure to specific points, and more. Our massage therapists may specialize in or incorporate such massage techniques as: Acupressure, Deep Tissue, Polarity, Reiki, Swedish, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular, Oncology, Shiatsu, Sports Massage or Lymphatic Drainage Massage, among others.
