    There are numerous types of massage and bodywork; various techniques utilize different strokes, movement re-education, application of pressure to specific points, and more. Our massage therapists may specialize in or incorporate such massage techniques as: Acupressure, Deep Tissue, Polarity, Reiki, Swedish, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular, Oncology, Shiatsu, Sports Massage or Lymphatic Drainage Massage, among others. Sessions are oriented and fine-tuned according to the needs and preferences of each client. Ask the practitioner about the modality they use.

    Our massage therapists are highly trained to provide a nurturing and healing experience while addressing complex, acute, or chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Deep relaxation and functional improvements are frequent results of these sessions.
