Each practitioner affiliated with SCIH charges separately at his or her own rates.

Consultations and services provided by Dr. Cotterel may be covered by PPO insurance or services will be charged at $200 per hour on a fee for service basis.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your visit, we request that you do so with at least 24 hours of advanced notice. If for any reason you do not do so, you will be subject to a failure of notification fee.
