Registration
- How early should I register?
- You should register as soon as possible. The program usually sells out in advance of the registration cutoff date. Once we reach capacity, we cannot accept additional registrations.

- No. All of our registrations will be filled prior to the symposium.

- Yes. The sign in sheet is evidence of your attendance and will be important in obtaining your CEs, reimbursement, etc.

- Can I get a refund if I need to cancel my registration?
- You may be refunded 50% of your registration fee with written request prior to October 7, 2011. Refunds will not be available after this date. Should Sutter Heart & Vascular Institute (SHVI) cancel this program, all paid meeting fees will be refunded.

- The Symposium will begin promptly at 7:45 a.m. Sacramento experiences traffic congestion in the morning, so please factor in some additional time when you plan your trip.

- What happens if I’m late?
- If you are 15 minutes late or more, you will be admitted to the conference, but you will not be granted CEs. The same will be true if you leave more than 15 minutes early. This requirement is from the Board of Registered Nursing.

- A parking lot is available at the hotel. Please bring your parking ticket with you into the hotel so it can be validated.

- No. Program materials will be posted on this website on October 4, 2011 and will be available until November 1, 2011. Please print any materials you would like to take to the conference. Handouts will not be available at the symposium.
