The Diabetes Care CenterThe Diabetes Care Center uses an interdisciplinary team that includes the patient's physician, certified diabetes specialists, dieticians, technicians and nursing staff to help patients live full and healthy lives. In addition to acute care services, the center provides an insulin pump program for adults and adolescents and offers a comprehensive outpatient program and educational support.

Annual Health FairThe Diabeties Center also holds an annual health fair, called Diabetes Alert Day, and participates in the Diabetes Prevention Trial (a national research study offering screening for individuals who have relatives with Type I Diabetes).
