The Pediatric Rheumatology Department at Children's Center at Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento, provides inpatient and outpatient consultation and management of pediatric rheumatic disease, which covers autoimmune and non-inflammatory diseases. Included are: juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile primary fibromyalgia syndrome, spondyloarthropathy, lupus, juvenile dermatomyositis, scleroderma, chronic systemic vasculitis, sarcoidosis, post-infectious arthritis, Kawasaki disease, iritis, Raynaud's disease, chronic limb pain, hypermobility, periodic fever syndromes, and acute rheumatic fever.
